Sharon Baker is a highly qualified coach to MA level. She used to be a producer in TV and of corporate communications for BT, NatWest, O2, Coca-Cola, Sainsbury’s, BAE Systems, National Grid, Rio Tinto and others. She has headed up a creative agency, coached CEO’s and high level executives and led group training in media and communication skills. She has a degree in Psychology and Fine Art and is a conceptual artist. This mix of experience enables her to see challenges from different perspectives and she is inspired by helping clients deliver lasting change.
Lucy Hare is a qualified coach, a coach supervisor, and a coach trainer with one of the UK’s top training institutions. Her background as a performing musician gives her coaching a creative edge. She runs group development courses and reflection days for entrepreneurs, performing arts academies and individual performers. Alongside her coaching, she works as a double bass player, performing with the BBC Symphony Orchestra at the Proms and backing artists like Stevie Wonder, Grace Jones, Tom Jones and Gary Barlow.
