My sessions have been priceless – my confidence has gone from a 3 to an 8 and I feel like a different person in my professional and in my personal life. I can’t thank you enough!
…thanks for all your help and kindness. I was grateful for your honesty, support and encouragement, and I’m that much the better for it
I can't recommend Sharon as a coach highly enough. Her gentle yet firm exploratory style has helped me to develop very useful strategies, which have built up my self worth, grown my confidence and improved my delegation and communication skills
The most enriching, valuable day you could have in a supportive atmosphere.I left feeling hugely empowered. Everyone should do this.
The leadership coaching gave me a sense of direction and self-belief that has stayed with me, 4 years on. Thank you
Since the coaching I have seen a real difference in the team. It has helped them to communicate better, be more assertive and more focused. They have been challenged and that has helped them develop in confidence
I would say that, in developing my people skills, these days are an invaluable source of support and learning. A huge source of motivation.
The leadership sessions have been excellent. They were creative and fun which put everyone at ease. They provoked great conversation, were tailored to our individual needs and are genuinely outcome focussed.
….Sharon and Lucy have proved invaluable in helping 'Thorough Good' establish itself in a highly prized niche. They have helped us to generate, develop and pursue ideas that previously lacked the necessary oomph!
