Sharon Baker has worked in award winning creative agencies for TV, events, advertising and film, managing clients like BT, O2, Coca-Cola, Sainsbury’s and Barclays and headed up a creative agency. She is now qualified to post graduate level as a coach and has coached CEOs and senior teams for 10 years. She has a degree in Psychology and Fine Art and is a conceptual artist, known for ‘Eat Me!’ where she cast her body in bread. This mix of experience enables her to see outside the business box and she is inspired by delivering lasting change.
Lucy Hare is a qualified coach, a coach supervisor, and has been a coach trainer with one of the UK’s top training institutions. With Sharon, she runs leadership coaching, training and group programmes. She’s a busy bee, and alongside her coaching, she works as a double bass player, performing with the BBC Symphony Orchestra at the Proms and backing artists like Stevie Wonder, Grace Jones, Tom Jones and Gary Barlow. Her background as a performing musician gives her coaching a wonderful creative edge.
