Team coaching creates high performing teams by improving the relationships within the team and with their stakeholders.

The team builds its own set of behaviours, purpose and goals, becoming ‘we’ rather than ‘I’. This keeps the group focused, encouraging creative, collaborative thinking, and collective decision-making.

Typically in senior teams this will involve:

  • Defining objectives and metrics alongside business priorities
  • Team profiling and individual psychometric tests
  • Analysis of the team, including a 360 if required 
  • 3 – 6 team coaching sessions
  • One to one coaching 
  • Skills sessions such as leadership, management or specific skills
  • Using real work issues to embed the learning

As a result of more openness and trust, people naturally work better together; there is healthy conflict. The benefit of this, especially at a senior level, cannot be underestimated.
